We think you'll love your Freedom Fibers pieces, but if not, you can arrange an exchange or return by emailing support@freedomfibers.org.

To qualify for a refund or exchange of your garment in its original condition (unworn and unwashed), email us within 2 weeks of delivery.

For returns, include:

• order number
• USPS tracking number for the item you are returning

For exchanges, add:

• a screenshot of the specific garment you would like in exchange

Returns and exchanges are sent back to our shop at the buyer's expense and we will ship any exchanges at our expense.

Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to be processed and do not include shipping fees.

If you don't love the way your garment looks on you, email us at support@freedomfibers.org to schedule a free style consultation. During your 10-15 minute styling call, we will create a coupon code for you equal to the price of the garment you purchased. Feel free to keep the original garment to gift to a friend whom you think will like it!

Within Continental USA: We offer $10 flat rate shipping through USPS, insured up to $100 with a tracking number.
